Callbox generates a few leads every week. Their reports provide important information that helps the client have productive follow-up calls with potential buyers. To consistently improve the quality of their leads, they meet with the client bi-weekly to review data and make strategy adjustments.

For what projects/services did your company hire Callbox?
In the past, we’ve relied on word-of-mouth referrals and have never had an inbound or outbound marketing campaign. Last year, we decided we were going to target specific audiences. We brought on Callbox to act as our sales and marketing entity. In partnering with them, our goal is to schedule appointments with qualified leads.

Describe the project in detail
At the beginning of the project, they spent a significant amount of time learning about our business. Then they created an outreach campaign that involves everything from LinkedIn messaging to phone calls and traditional emails. They’re constantly sending out marketing materials to attract potential clients. They reach out to people through a wide variety of channels because they understand how different approaches resonate with different audiences.
Then they qualify leads and schedule calls with those who would be a good fit for our business. When they schedule an appointment, I get a calendar invite to a sales call. Before I call the leads, Callbox is responsible for providing information that will help me be successful in our introduction calls. Usually, they compile 4-6 lines that summarize who the person is, what assistance they’re looking for, and what kind of organizations they have.

There’s an account manager that I work hand-in-hand with and she has a few people working for her that I don’t interact with directly.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
They’re generating a few leads every week. They’re dedicated to learning about our business and have worked hard to educate themselves. They can navigate the language of our industry well, which allows them to have quality conversations that convert to scheduled appointments.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
They’re very good at staying in touch and they follow a structured process. We meet every other week to discuss strategy, what they’ve produced, and new ideas. We also go over data to determine how many leads actually produced a quality conversation. We also communicate via phone and email.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
They take the time to understand our business. Other companies I’ve worked with just dump lists of contacts into sequences and hope that it generates leads. In comparison, Callbox follows a multi-pronged approach. They don’t just make phone calls, but they’re also trying to generate traction through LinkedIn and emails at the same time.
Are there any areas for improvement?
I’d like to see a little more variety in their messaging. Right now, they’re working on making a video to include in our outreach emails. It was a great idea, and I’d love to see more of their ideas.
