Callbox Uplifts Event Registration for Cloud Provider
The Client
Founded in 2008, the Client serves thousands of clients and businesses around the Asia Pacific, providing a wide range of cloud-based products and services including cloud migration, security, cloud managed service, AI and machine learning, virtual workspace, and digital marketing analytics.
This gives entrepreneurs, startups, small and medium-sized companies, and clients in different industries the fundamentals they need to adapt to the rapidly changing business requirements.
The Challenge
As one of the emerging cloud services provider and thought leaders in the industry, the Client regularly organizes and hosts in-person events around the Asia-Pacific region. These conferences and tradeshows, particularly its yearly flagship event, generally attract a horde of entrepreneurs and stakeholders and substantial media attention.
For its calendar of events for 2022, the Client has come up with a lineup of events to be held in May, August, and October in both Singapore and Malaysia.
These events aim to strengthen the brand’s recognition, connect with clients on a personal level, and most especially showcase the Client’s insights on how leading cloud services providers help industries streamline their functions and boost sales.
The Client planned on targeting CEOs, VPs, CIO, CTO, and IT managers, and all other persons who are in charge of digital transformation in the two locations above. The three events included separate programs for SMB and mid-market/general business (MMGB) audiences.
The Client’s partnership with Callbox started after being introduced by one of Callbox’s long-time software clients during a conference in Malaysia held the previous year.
The Client wanted to add targeted, one-on-one outreach to its event promotion mix and expressed interest in considering Callbox’s Call-to-Invite package, which may help the Client increase their event registrations for May.
The results of the original campaign did not only meet but also exceeded the company’s expectations. With this impressive result, the Client agreed to collaborate with Callbox again for their events in August and October.
